Reformher Body is a progressive Reformer Pilates class designed for all levels from beginners discovering movement to advanced clients refining strength and control. This dynamic full-body workout blends strength training, mobility and flexibility using bodyweight and props like dumbbells, resistance bands, weighted balls and rings. With layered movement options, every session offers challenge, support, and progression, while staying gentle on the joints. You’ll move with purpose, escape the daily hustle and reconnect with your body through mindful, slightly addictive movement. Expect improved mood, lean muscle, better posture, and a stronger core with every class. The more consistently you go, the more you’ll see and feel the changes/results from Reformer Pilates.

Access over 850 physiotherapist-designed and instructor-led Pilates classes, challenges and workshops suitable for all levels: beginner to advanced, peri and post menopause, athletic, running, golf, stretch, strength, pre and postnatal, cardio, HIIT, express and more.

POD sessions range from express to 45 minutes, making it easy to fit Pilates into your day. This is ideal for adding more training to your week or when you miss out on a scheduled instructor-led class. A supportive instructor is onsite during peak times to assist with member experience and safety. Your hour, your pace, your power. Move, strengthen and feel unstoppable.
